Located in Summerlin Las Vegas, we have been serving authentic Greek cuisine for nearly 13 years. In 2024, Chef Dany Chebat took over the restaurant, bringing his passion, expertise, and a fresh twist to Sultan Wagyu Grill menu.
Under Chef Dany’s leadership, we’re blending the best of Greek and Lebanese cuisines, offering a unique dining experience you won’t find anywhere else. From classic Greek dishes to flavorful Lebanese specialties, every plate is crafted with fresh ingredients and authentic recipes.
With years of experience in top kitchens across Lebanon, Italy, and the United States, Chef Dany is a master of flavor and hospitality.
He has helped launch several restaurants in Las Vegas, leading menu development, restaurant setup, and team training.
Chef Dany previously worked as a sous chef at the Palms Casino Resort before helping open multiple restaurants. He also spent time working as a personal chef for celebrities in Beverly Hills, refining his craft and creating personalized dining experiences.
Now, he’s bringing his culinary expertise to Sultan’s Wagyu Grill, combining tradition with a modern twist. His mission is to create a warm and welcoming dining experience where guests can enjoy authentic Greek and Mediterranean flavors, crafted with passion and served with excellence
